Welcome to the 2026 Riverfront Recapture event season. We are excited to have you join us!

Please note, if for any reason we are unable to accept your application, such as duplication in food types, you will receive a full refund.

How do I sign up?
  1. Scroll down to select your vendor type and click the dropdown to view pricing options.
  2. After you select all the events you would like to attend you will be brought to a payment page to submit your full payment.
  3. Please submit your Certificate of Insurance if you have it with your application, if not, you will be able to upload it at a later date.
  4. If we are unable to accept you application for any reason, we will be in touch with you.

*This is a VERY important detail as we are not an open field and have tight spaces.  If you change trucks or tailers from the original submission you applied with, please email me immediately with the updated info.  Thank you!
Food Truck/Trailer Serving Side
If you need to have the ability for the back of trailer to fold down to enter your trailer, please be sure that you purchase the vendor space size to accommodate for this. 
EX: If you purchase a 10x20 vending space, your ENTIRE setup must fit within this space as there will be another vendor directly next to you.
Does the back of your trailer fold down for access?
You must include the length including generator, overhangs, toe hitch.  Please include the length of your ENTIRE footprint.
