How do I sign up?
  1. Scroll down to select your vendor type and click the dropdown to view pricing options.
  2. After you select all the events you would like to attend you will be brought to a payment page to submit your full payment.
  3. Please submit your Certificate of Insurance if you have it with your application, if not, you will be able to upload it at a later date.
  4. If we are unable to accept you application for any reason, we will be in touch with you.

Terms and Conditions:

By submitting this application the vendor certifies they have read and will abide by the rules and conditions listed below.

  • In order for the application to be submitted the vendor must submit a signed Application, include full payment for the location fee, a copy of menu to be sold and a photo of the vendor setup or food truck.
  • I agree to sell only approved items listed on the proposed menu and approved by RRI and understand I will be asked to close if any non-approved items are being sold and will forfeit all fees paid.
  • I agree to accept the location assigned to me and to operate only within my allocated space.
  • I understand that my clean-up/damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days following the festival, if all rules associated with this contract are honored, as determined by Riverfront Recapture.
  • I agree to apply for any and all state and/or city licenses or permits which may be required, including but not limited to the City of Hartford Health Department, building department or fire department Licensing and Permitting Departments at my expense. 
  • I understand that there will be no refunds in any circumstances.
  • I understand that it is my responsibility to provide my own source of electricity, or purchase the electrical add-on PRIOR TO EVENT. Payments to add on electricity cannot be done the day of the event as not all sites have electrical hookups. I understand I must provide my own 150’ extension cord if I have purchased the onsite power. Each outlet can only source ONE piece of equipment. If the vendor attempts to add multiple items to this electrical source and repeatedly trips the outlet, the electrical source will be turned off and the fees will be forfeited.
  • I understand there are NO GLASS containers allowed in the park system.
  • I agree that I am not allowed to sell any alcohol.
  • All fees are non-refundable with the exception of the $100 damage deposit.
  • Riverfront Recapture will determine, at its sole discretion, the site locations for each vendor regardless of the vendor location in previous years. You are not guaranteed to be in the same location as previous years. 
  • Site locations will not be released prior to your arrival the morning of the event as many factors may change and cause the layout to be adjusted until the very last minute. Our venue is not a large open area that allows vendors to arrive and access their site at their leisure. The load-in of the vendors must be done in a very specific order and time to allow all vendors access to the sites determined by Riverfront Recapture. If you do not arrive at the time slot given to you, you may lose your site location COMPLETELY or we might fit you into an outlying site if possible. If you do not arrive at the time slot provided to you and we are unable to accommodate your food truck or trailer you will FORFEIT your site fees completely with NO REFUNDS.
